This land plot for residential housing construction is located in the center of the ancient Montenegrin village of Podostrog, one and a half kilometers from the center of Budva. A panoramic view of Budva, the Old Town, St. Stephen's Island, and the sea opens up from any point on the site. The lower border of the village gently transitions into the suburb of Budva. A great place for a relaxing holiday and a peaceful life.

The site is host to cascading terrain. The vegetation on the site mainly includes oak groves and evergreen shrubs, creating a unique microclimate. A deep mountain stream runs along the southeastern border of the site. Newly constructed asphalt road winds through the site. According to existing urban plans, the Budva bypass road, which is currently under development, is adjacent to the lower part of the site.

The site is owned by a Montenegrin company. No encumbrances exist. Individual parcel sale is possible without violating the integrity and autonomy of the remaining plot parcels. In order to optimize taxation, the sale of the company will be considered.
